Nepal could be the best alternative place for your holiday vacation because of many beautiful tourist attractions in this country. Nepal has been recorded among foreign visitors as an attractive tourist destination in the world. Nepal is a developing tourism industry, as a naturally country that highlights natural and cultural harmony. Beautiful natural differences reflect a rich colonial history. For years considered a country of Mount Everest in the world, Nepal has a many tourist attraction places to visit. Kathmandu is one of the major tourist destinations in Nepal.

Kopan Monastery:             

The Kopan monastery is a gated community of Buddhist monks founded on the hilltop north of Buddhanath, founded in the 1970s by Lamas Thubten and Zopa Rinpoche. Kopan Monastery is 8 k m far from the center location.

Garden of Dreams :

Th garden formal in style occupies about half a hectare .its lush lawns, sunken, flower gardens, large central pond, fountains gazebos and three neo classical pavilions are kept in pristine condition.


Dakshinkali lies in the Kathmandu valley but is far from the center location of Kathmandu city.Dakshinkali is famous Hindus goddess Kali temple. it is situated 22 km south of Kathmandu valley.

Sanku and Bajrajogini

Sanku and Bajrajogini are another one place to visit around Kathmandu. once the city was on the trade route towards the east of Helambu to Tibet. it is typical Newari town many fine old building and temples in the village


This temple of Changunarayan is dedicated to Lord Vishnu was built in 323 AD is the oldest temple of Kathmandu Valley. The Temple is richly decorated with sculptures and carvings.



This famous Hindu Temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga, is situated in the middle a peaceful woodland park 5 km south of Patan city near by Newar Village of Chapagaon. Further visit of Tika Bhairab and Lele from here is north while.


Situated 13 km south east of Kathmandu Godawari is a place of natural beauty. It also has the forest for a good picnic spot. The Royal Botanical Garden, a fish hatchery, and marble quarry are the other attraction. Those clients who are interested in trekking can trek to Phulchowki ( 9050 ft) from here.


The ancient town of Dhulikhel is situated 32 km east of Kathmandu. This lovely place is famous for its scenic beauty and the old traditions. From here one can have a complete panoramic view of Himalayas from Karyolung in the east to Himalchuli in the west.


Kakani, 6500 ft above sea level, is located 25 km west of Kathmandu. The fabulous holiday area of Kakani features attractions ranging from beautiful alpine scenery to the magnificent Himalayan Panorama, particularly the Ganesh Himal.


Situated at an elevation of 1432 mt. above sea level, Kirtipur is an ancient city of Kathmandu Valley. This city is full of Hindu Temples and Boudha Vihars. While visiting this city one can see the people typically dressed in old traditional costumes and working an ancient loom.


About eight km north of Kathmandu is a remarkable, colossal statue of the Lord Vishnu, reclining on the coil of the snake king. This 5th-century statue is in the middle of a small pond and seems to float on water. It is a famous place of pilgrimage, though the reigning King of Nepal may not visit this spot.

Bungamati and Khokana

These tows are very old Newar village with typical oil mills and temple, which present to the visitors a view of the still continuing ” Middle Age” pattern of life.
