Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu.

Welcome to the country of Mt. Everest! As you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representatives will receive you and transfer to the hotel which you have booked in Kathmandu. Hotel staffs will complete check in and manage for your accommodation. We organize welcome dinner in the hotel in the evening with our team. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02: Full day sightseeing tour in Kathmandu Valley.

After Breakfast in hotel Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley world heritage site like the Swayambhunath Stupa, Boudha stupa, Hindu biggest temple Pashupatinath, Kathmandu Durbar Square and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 03: Mountain flight and Patan, Bhaktapur and Nagarkot visit.

Early morning transfer to the airport for scenic mountain flight. Fly to the Himalayas for one hour will give you the opportunity to see all mountains ranges with Mt. Everest, kanchenjungha, langtang ranges, Dorjelakpa, ganesh Himal and many more.

After breakfast we start to visit Patan Durbar Square and city and Bhaktapur city.

After lunch we drive to Nagarkot which is famous hill top for mountain views , Deep valley with sunrise and sunset view. Overnight stay at hotel in Nagarkot.

Day 04: Hiking to Changu Narayan Temple and drive back to Kathmandu.

Early morning one hour hiking up to hill top for sunrise view tower.

After breakfast we start 2/3 hours hiking down to Changu Narayan temple  which is oldest god Shiva temple in valley and world heritage site. On the same time you can enjoy the culture, village life and Traditional houses of Newars.

We drive back to Kathmandu and stay overnight.

Day 05: Drive to Pokhara via rafting in Trishuali river.

After breakfast drive to Chauradi ( rafting starting point)takes about two hours 30 minutes. After 3/4 hours rafting in Trishuali River with professional rafting guide and equipment will be provided. After rafting you will have lunch then start drive to Pokhara which takes around 3 Hours. Stay over night in pokhara

Day 06: Full Day Sightseeing tour in Pokhara Valley.

Early morning drive to Sarangkot for sunrise from Annapurna ranges which is the most beautiful and lovely panoramic view of Fewa lake and Mountains.

After breakfast at hotel visit the souvenir places of Pokhara:

  • Davis fall
  • Gupteshowar cave( Hidden cave)
  • Seti gorge.
  • Boating to Phewa lake in evening with Barahai temple ( Island temple)

Evening you can visit the down town with lots of multi cuisine restaurant, bar, Souvenir shops. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 07: Drive to Kathmandu via Bandipur Village.

After breakfast drive to Badipur which is ancient town with traditional houses and ethic people. They still keeping their historical monuments on same way. You will enjoy the lovely deep valley, lots of Mountain ranges view from Bandipur Village. We will have a lunch there and start driving to Kathmandu. Stay overnight at Kathmandu Hotel.

Day 08: Fly to paro( Bhutan)

After breakfast at Kathmandu hotel we transfer to airport. On arrival at Paro international airport you will be received and escorted to the hotel by our representative.

During the flight most experience breathtaking views of Mt. Everest, Kanchenjunga and others famous Himalayan peaks, inducing the sacred Mount Chomolhari and Jitchu Drake in Bhutan.

Day 09: Paro Sightseeing and drive to Thimpu.

Morning driver to drugyal Dzong (a ruined fortress -16km away from paro town). The dzong, although in ruins, holds great historical significance. It was from the fortress that the Bhutanese repelled many. Tibetan invasions. The name means are victorious Bhutanese this spot offers a magnificent vista of Mount Chomolhari, Mountain of Goddess. Visit a typical Bhutanese farm house on the way back.

Afternoon visit the national Museum (Ta-Dzong). Once the watch tower for the Rinpung Dzong, it was converted into the National Museum in 1968. The museum stands on a promontory overlooking the paro valley in all its glory. Visit the paro Rinpung Dzong . A flagstone path rises gradually from a beautiful wooden bridge with shingle roofing and abutted by two guard houses to the dzong. Today the dzong is the seat of the district administration as well as the home for the monastic school. The central tower(Utse) of the Dzong with its superb woodwork , is one of the most beautiful in the nation. The Dzong was built in 1645 .A.D.

Evening tea at the hotel and drive for two hours (65km) to reach the capital city Thimphu. Overnight at hotel in Thimpu.

Day 10: Full day sight seen program in Thimpu.

Morning visit the memorial chorten , a huge stupa built in memory of the third King who reigned from 1952-1972. Visit the national Library where ancient manuscripts are preserved. Visit the Painting School where traditional are still preserved. Artists are taught to paint thanks here (sacred Buddhist scroll) visit the Handicrafts Emporium where one can buy Bhutanese textiles and others arts and crafts.

Afternoon visit Semtokha Dzong. This is the oldest fortress in Bhutan built in 1629 A.D. by Shabdrung Ngawang Narngyal. It also houses the largest monastic schools in the country.

Visit Tashichho Dzong the main secretariat building. It is from here that the King and other prominent civil servants run the country. The Head Abbot and the central monastic body also reside here during the summer visit Pangri Zampa Monastery, situated just beyond Dechencholing palace (5 km from Thimphu). This temple was the first residence of shabdrung Ngawang Nargyal when he arrived in Bhutan in 1616 A.D. it was built during the first quarter of the 16th century by Ngawang Choguel, the great ancestor of the Shahdrung.

Evening: Reception and cultural program at hotel.

Day 11: Drive to Punakha – wangdiphodrang-Punakha

After an early breakfast drive to Punakha and Wangdi. On the way rest Dochula for a hot cup of tea or coffee and on a clear day can see the most spectacular view of the Eastern Himalayan ranges.

Afternoon visit the Punakha Dzong the former winter capital administrative scat of the district. It is also the winter residence of the central monastic body. The Dzong (fortress) lies between two rivers the pochu and Mochu, uncaring male and female rivers. It was built in 1638 A.D. visit Wangdiphodrang Dzong, perched on a promontory 13km away from Punakha. The Dzong was built in 1638 A.D. Drive back to Punakha overnight at hotel/Guest House.

Day 12: Drive back to Thimpu

Drive back to Thimphu.

After lunch visit town for shopping. if the day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, visit the weekend vegetable market.

Day 13: Drive to paro (excursion to Taktsang Monastery)

Early morning drive back to Paro for a short trek to Taktsang Monastery. The name Taktsang means ‘Tiger’s Nest’’ the monastery is perched on a rocky ledge with a sheer drop of nearly 800 meters. It is said that in the second half of the 8th century, Guru Padma Sambhava, the second Buddha, alighted here upon the back a tigress. Lunch will be served at Taktsang café. The round trip takes about 4 hrs.

Evening visit Paro Town for shopping and visit some village homes. Transfer to the Hotel.

Day 14: Fly Back to Kathmandu from Paro

After breakfast we fly back to Kathmandu from Bhutan paro. we will have a time for final shopping for family and friends. Last night farewell dinner at authentic Nepalese restaurant with cultural performance.

Day 15: Departure :

Himalayan Adventure Treks and Tours representative will escort you to Tribhuvan International Airport to catch your returning flight. We hope to see you again in Nepal.
